The FUNDLinx Trade Manager module serves as a centralized trading desk, which facilitates a direct connection to investment managers via Fund/SERV, Networking, DCC&S, Mutual Fund Profile Service and Commission Settlement Services. Delivering the cost advantages of automated mutual fund trading, Trade Manager supports an unlimited number of clearing partners including the NSCC, a third-party service or direct to the investment manager.
Trade Manager provides full NSCC editing of trade orders to minimize trade rejections and reduce exposure to market risk. With its seamless interface to the mutual fund services of the NSCC, Trade Manager brings STP to fund account registration and maintenance, security pricing, and the complete trade order and settlement lifecycle.

Complete History and Audit Trail: Trade Manager facilitates research and periodic reporting with rich trade order history complete with notes and detailed before and after audit records of all changes. The database allows inquiry and reporting of trading volumes by a number of parameters including account, investment manager and lines of business. With Trade Manager, all transaction files and master file updates contain user ID, date and time stamps.
