Income Manager: Automated Accrual Calculation and Reconcilement
The FUNDLinx Income Manager module facilitates the processing of dividend and capital gains payments by calculating anticipated distribution amounts. The module uses dividend declaration data either electronically imported or manually input from various sources. Data can be exported electronically from Income Manager to underlying accounting systems of record for efficient updating of customer accounts.
Income Manager calculates the daily interest earned on accrual funds and maintains calculated amounts for each day in an accrual period. At period-end, the calculated amounts are reconciled with the actual paid dividend, enabling you to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.

Omnibus, Sub-Account and Fully Disclosed Reconcilement: Income Manager processes dividends for both omnibus and fully disclosed account registrations. Dividends, capital gains and accrual income are calculated at the omnibus and sub-account levels and take into account pending and unsettled transaction activity.

Multiple Data Source Interfaces: Income Manager interfaces with multiple sources of income declaration and payment data. Files may be electronically imported from the NSCC's Mutual Fund Profile Service product for dividend declaration data as well as other third-party sources. Hierarchical preferences may be established to manage discrepancies between various dividend declaration sources.
