FUNDLinx Implementation Model™

Once the roadmap from the Delta Data Cornerstone session is complete, Delta Data works with your internal teams to guide your organization through the remaining steps of your FUNDLinx implementation. To ensure implementation success, we use the proven practices of Delta Data’s FUNDLinx Implementation Model:

STEP ONE : Workflow Analysis: Delta Data works with you to perform a workflow analysis, which details how information moves across the enterprise and uncovers potential bottlenecks. We also perform a risk assessment that pinpoints areas of potential risk and details critical success factors for minimizing that risk. Delta Data assesses your organization’s resources and makes initial recommendations for enhancing resources in order to support the implementation and operation of FUNDLinx.

STEP TWO: Requirements Assessment: In planning your implementation, Delta Data works with you to gather business requirements and design a process map that details the linkage and dependencies among your business processes and FUNDLinx. The process map defines FUNDLinx’s role in streamlining and automating key processes. Project timeline projections are also established during this step.

STEP THREE: Process Improvement: During this step, Delta Data works with you to optimize your business processes in order to realize the full advantages and capabilities of FUNDLinx. Processes are optimized to benefit from the workflow and automation offered by FUNDLinx. Procedures are documented and tested, and your staff is trained on system use and administration.

STEP FOUR: Testing and Implementation: During this key implementation stage, the IT Environment is designed and developed for the support and integration of FUNDLinx. The Delta Data team assists with the development of the system interface and with stress testing scenario development. During the final phase of implementation, FUNDLinx is thoroughly tested within the client environment to ensure a smooth rollout to the full population of users.

STEP FIVE: Ongoing Support: Delta Data provides toll-free telephone support and a Web-based help desk that allows clients to submit and track the progress of problem tickets as we work to promptly resolve any issues.
